Education information and counselling
Website information is provided for general guidance and may change. University rules, fees, course structure, internship conditions, visa requirements and professional-registration rules are controlled by the relevant institutions and authorities. Applicants must verify current information from official sources before paying fees or accepting admission.
A WDOMS listing does not by itself guarantee recognition, accreditation or eligibility to practise in India. The National Medical Commission does not endorse a list of foreign medical universities. Indian applicants must independently check that the complete programme satisfies current NMC, NBEMS and other applicable requirements.
No guaranteed outcome
Scholars Abroad does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, travel permission, examination results, medical registration, licensing eligibility or employment. Decisions are made by universities, embassies, regulators and other independent organisations.
Fees and third-party payments
Any paid Scholars Abroad service, its scope, price and applicable cancellation or refund conditions should be recorded in writing before payment. University, examination, application, visa, insurance, travel, accommodation and banking charges may be payable directly to third parties and are governed by their terms.
Applicant responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and authentic information and documents.
- Review application forms, offers, invoices and official conditions before approval or payment.
- Meet deadlines and comply with immigration, university and regulatory requirements.
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances or contact details change.
Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with website security, submit false information, upload harmful material, copy protected content for commercial use or misuse our name and branding.
External services and links
The website may link to university, government, directory and service-provider websites. Those parties control their own content, availability, privacy practices and terms. A link does not amount to an endorsement or guarantee.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scholars Abroad is not responsible for decisions or delays of independent institutions and authorities, changes in official rules, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by an applicant. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to courts with lawful jurisdiction over our place of business.
