A useful cost comparison starts with a dated university fee schedule for the exact programme and intake. We have not verified a complete current schedule for all four routes, so this guide does not publish a fixed rupee total. Ask what is payable each year, which currency applies and what can change.

Duration, English instruction and clinical training: check the exact course
University names and the label “MBBS” are not enough to identify a foreign qualification. Ask for the official degree title and programme code shown on your offer and graduation documents. Do not assume that two medicine routes at the same institution have the same duration or structure.
Course and internship
Request the year-by-year curriculum, total duration, internship length and location, and whether it forms part of the same qualification. Check where each component is actually completed.
Teaching and patient language
Confirm instruction and examination language throughout the course. Ask how students communicate with patients and what local-language preparation is needed for clinical work.
Registration eligibility
Obtain written evidence about eligibility for medical registration or practice in the awarding country, including any local conditions. Review this against the NMC rules applicable to your circumstances.

- Identify the institution and route. Check the government directory and the university’s official admissions material; record the medical programme, campus and degree title.
- Check eligibility for your admission year. Review current NEET/NMC requirements and the university’s academic and language criteria. Avoid using an undated NEET figure as the current qualifying threshold.
- Prepare the requested documents. Typically, the admissions review starts with a passport and academic records; obtain the institution’s exact list, including NEET, medical, translation, notarisation and recognition requirements where applicable.
- Complete the university’s selection process. Confirm interviews, tests and accepted English certificates. Follow personal-submission rules where a university requires them.
- Review the offer and contract. Match your name, intake, programme and campus; obtain the full fee schedule, official payment recipient and written refund terms before paying.
- Confirm study and arrival arrangements. Resolve visa/residence requirements, accommodation, insurance and reporting instructions with the responsible university office before booking travel.
Admission calendars can change. An older notice or a page with conflicting academic years is not proof that applications are currently open.

How many years does a medical programme in Kazakhstan take?
Confirm the exact programme rather than relying on a country-wide duration. For example, Caspian’s integrated Medicine route is described as six years, but that description should not be applied to a differently named course. Verify internship arrangements separately.
Are all medical courses taught fully in English?
